She started her body-related studies in 1990 with Holistic Massage training.

She continued her Kranio Sacral Balancing training at ICSB / Kranio Sacral Balancing Institute between 1995-1997.

She completed Kranio Sacral Therapy level 1 (Upledger Institute) in 1997 and Kranio Sacral Biodynamics training (ICSB) between 2003-2005.

She worked as an assistant trainer in ICSB in some Kranio Sacral Trainings between 1998-2015 and in post-graduate Kranio Sacral Trainings between 2007-2015

She completed “Yoga Therapy” training in 2005 and “Yoga for Special Child Education” training in 2009. She received Thermie Trainings in 2007 and 2017, and Japanese Facial Massage in 2005. Since 2008, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, India, Sri Lanka, Germany, France and Turkey continue to work in sha.
